The project below is a self build development of a bespoke individual six bedroom house with indoor pool to the rear. The site is a former derelict bungalow in the Prenton area of the Wirral Peninsular, surrounded by similar detached properties of the same scale.

The project has been completed on site within six months through 2009 enabling the client to be in residence by Christmas 2009.
