The project shown was the complete renovation of an 18th century coach house on the border of the Oxton conservation area of the Wirral.

The property was in a dilapidated state with two upper bedrooms and dark rooms downstairs including the family bathroom.

The addition of a small side extension incorporating the entrance door and a small study / bedroom, as well as creating a light open plan ground floor has revitalised this property.

A new bathroom has been located between the upper bedrooms giving the property a more traditional feel.
